Belum Tentu Selamat..Mencuba

Sambal Geledek...

Ada 2  20 orang minta resepi sambal ini. Jadi untuk tidak menghampakan...(hampa laa sangattt kannn). Inilah bahannya....
Seperti biasalah , kak gerau tak reti nak ukur-ukur, sukat-sukat. 
Akak bantai ajer...
Apa? Kenapa tak ada sukat?
Tak payah lah korang nak heran ...heran ke?..
Kalau kak gerau pandai sukat betul-betul, dah lama akak terbitkan buku resepi...
Jadi, pandai-pandailah Korang mengagaknya yer...

Kalau tak sedap salahkan diri, Kalau sedap, sebab akak punya resepi...



Bahan-bahan:

1. Beberapa tangkai cili padi dan cili hijau (kalau nak pedas, lebihkan cili padi)
2. Bawang merah kecil 3 ketul (kalau cili lebih lebihkan seketul..he he he)
3. Ikan bilis sedikit (agak-agak sejemput...- sejemput kak gerau ok...Sila agak-agak ukuran tangan kak gerau)
4. Belacan (cium dulu belacan tu...Please laa  gunakan yang lemak-lemak wangi jer ok.)

Semua bahan tu goreng dengan minyak sikit...

Lepas tu tumbuk. Tumbuk lagi sedap...
Letaklah garam, gula sikittttt.
Lepas tu colek ke mulut sikit...Cakap, Emmm Sedappp (Ni petua...kena ikut, kalau tak ikut tak sedap...kita tak tau)
Baru masukkan ke dalam mangkuk ...

Selamat (belum tentu selamat) mencuba...

  4. Nampak sedap....kalau makcik kena kurang cili padi lah nanti bebinau mata kepedasan...tapi pakcik pulak hantu cili padi ni....
